Founder & CEO

Brandon is a licensed real-estate Broker in Oregon and Washington State who owns and manages 90+ rental units. He has built relationships with lenders, lawyers, contractors, investors, and property managers. He graduated college with a 4.0 GPA in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.

Before venturing into real estate, Brandon joined the Navy out of high school as a submarine Nuclear Operator. When he was 20, he bought his first piece of property in South Carolina and realized his interest in real estate. After the Navy, he pursued a career as an electrical field engineer while earning his degree. He lived below his means while investing everything he could. In his first 7 years of real estate investing, he successfully purchased over 100 rental units.

After seeing success with his real-estate investments, others began reaching out to ask about investing with him. At that point, it was an obvious move to leave the engineering field and dedicate his full time efforts towards his true passion – real estate investing.

Acquisitions Officer
Nate served with Breon in the Navy on the USS Nebraska. Nate saw his uncle and Breon both become successful through the means of real estate. Once he got out of the service, he dove head-first into the world of real estate and has been running a wholesaling business of his own.

Wyatt

Renovations Project Manager
Wyatt grew up building cabins and performing renovations with his father. He has flipped 1 home, currently has 13 rental units, and is currently renovating another 7 units. Wyatt has a Journeyman Electrician's License and 8 years of commercial construction experience.
